Fleet management can remove all keys at any time using an admin key or secure PINs. The digital key cabinet is modularly expandable to over 400 keys per location.
Digital key box
Vehicles parked in parking spaces can be opened by staff or employees using the app, without the employee having to collect the key first. The employee comes to the vehicle and opens it via smartphone app. The digital key box is integrated into the GPS Fleet software pool car reservation. Alternatively, you can use the GPS Fleet software to define a fixed assignment of which employee has access to which vehicles. The key always remains in the car.
