THE DIGITAL VEHICLE FILE

All vehicle data and dates relevant to digital fleet management are clearly displayed in the GPS Fleet Software. Many digital fleet management functions also work WITHOUT telematics or WITHOUT GPS live tracking:

Vehicle data such as service information, next service dates
Odometer readings and operating hours
Pictures, photos and other documents such as registration certificates
With the Combination WITH telematics Reports such as the digital logbook or evaluations and journey times can be called up.

TASK OVERVIEW

Fleet management tasks are managed and to-dos are displayed in the Tasks module. The completion of the tasks can be checked by the fleet manager.

Creating tasks for individual or multiple vehicles
Recurring tasks can be set on the vehicle.
All tasks are sent to the e-mails of the responsible drivers (alternative Garmin navigation).
Tasks are displayed with color status FAILED, OPEN or as COMPLETED displayed.

Personal liability in fleet management
Fleet managers – or if no fleet manager is appointed, the managing directors – are responsible for the safe operation of the vehicle fleet and this also includes compliance with the legally prescribed vehicle inspections and the winter tire obligation. It is not enough to delegate this duty to the drivers. The performance of the services must be monitored. If accidents or cases of damage occur where the damage is caused, for example, by a lack of winter tires or insufficient tread depth, then the vehicle owner, in this case the managing director or the fleet manager, can be held personally liable.

FLEET SERVICE REMINDERS

The dates for the next “Pickerl check” (§57a registration check) for the vehicle fleet can be set automatically.

Automatic calculation of the next dates based on the vehicle types
