Diebstahl einer Wacker Neuson Rüttelplatte, mit einem Augenzwinkern, weil KI generiert

On Saturday night, an incident occurred on a construction site of one of our customers in the construction industry in Upper Austria that is unfortunately becoming increasingly common: the theft of construction machinery.

Unknown perpetrators stole a vibratory plate weighing around 500 kilograms from the manufacturer Wacker Neuson. The theft was not noticed until the following Monday. The response was immediate – and this shows how important a well-structured emergency chain is.

Thanks to the rapid notification by our customer, modern tracking technology and efficient cooperation with the police, the vibratory plate was quickly recovered.

Successful proof that reaction speed, digitalization and telematics make the difference today. After all, such vibratory plates cost around 10,000 euros for a new purchase, not including the time and trouble involved!

💡Our tip for fleet managers and construction companies

  • Rely on digital machine tracking with stand-alone GPS tracking devices
  • Integrate security solutions into your fleet strategy
  • Train your teams to deal with emergencies correctly

By the way: 😉 The attached AI-generated image shows how the theft could have happened according to artificial intelligence – with a wink, of course 😉.

PS: we have now also been able to recover a second missing vibratory plate after it was stolen abroad, the local police were able to recover the vibratory plate and it will be returned to Austria!!!
