A question that every fleet manager and even every driver knows too well. Managing vehicle keys often causes confusion and chaos. Who was last on the road with the car? Our key cabinet provides fleet managers with a reliable solution for vehicle key management. Drivers can only remove the key from the booked vehicle using the booking PIN. Fleet management can remove all keys at any time using an admin key or secure PINs. The digital key cabinet is modularly expandable to over 400 keys per location.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Vehicles parked in parking spaces can be opened by staff or employees using the app, without the employee having to collect the key first.<\/b> The employee comes to the vehicle and opens it via smartphone app. The digital key box is integrated into the GPS Fleet Poolcar Reservation software. Alternatively, you can use the GPS Fleet software to define a fixed assignment of which employee has access to which vehicles. The key always remains in the car.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Anyone who uses pool vehicles in the company knows how cumbersome key handovers are, especially when vehicles are parked in public places such as train stations. This is exactly where our keyless entry solution comes in, without any additional hardware or installation. <\/p>\n

With our GPS Fleet software, employees can easily open and lock vehicles via smartphone. The physical key remains safely in the vehicle.
