We would like to inform you that our company Software-Management GmbH (FN 255865y) will in future operate under the new name Softwaro GmbH (FN 653001x) as part of a demerger and takeover agreement dated August 25, 2025 with effect from September 5, 2025. After 20 years in the name of Software-Management GmbH, we would like to continue to work successfully for you under the new name Softwaro GmbH for the next 20 years and beyond.
👉 Sof twaro GmbH is the universal successor to Software-Management GmbH.
👉 All existing contracts, agreements and legal relationships remain unchanged.
👉 The managing directors entered in the commercial register, DI FH Markus Häusler and Mag. FH Klemens Häusler, also remain unchanged, as do the ownership structure and share capital.

What does the change of name mean for you?
Nothing will change for our customers and partners in their day-to-day business:
Your usual contacts remain unchanged.
Our benefits, services and office addresses will remain the same.
Our e-mail addresses and contact details will not change either.
There is only an adjustment for invoices:
From 05.09.2025 we can process invoices exclusively under the new company name Softwaro GmbH (UID: ATU82117816).
The same applies to outgoing invoices issued by us.
All other payment information, in particular our bank details and existing SEPA direct debits, remain unchanged. Details and our new company register excerpt can be found in our imprint.
